No-Nonsense Ideas for Attracting Search Engines

In my previous article I have suggested adding Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Online Marketing as part of the services that you can offer in your webdesign business.

Around 3-8 big search engines handle the vast majority of internet searches. Listing your clients’ websites with them brings the most value for your clients.

Webdesign Service: SEO and Online Marketing

If someone goes to a search engine and types Webdesign Service, he or she probably won’t find your company in the top 3 results, or even the top 10. No matter how good you are at search engine placement, it probably won’t happen. It would be like going to the library and asking to see 10 library books, hoping to find a particular one. There are too many books, and without being more specific, you probably wouldn’t get the one you want. Whether books in a library or websites listed on a search engine, you need to be specific or really hunt through the listings to find the right one.

99 Designs and Why It’s Gaining Such a Huge Fan Base

Probably one of the fastest growing and most popular online design community, 99designs is the best place to look for contests for designers world all over, amateurs and experts alike. It is based on the idea of crowd sourcing: connecting designers and businesses, small and medium-sized, from all over the globe to provide design solutions.

Should you want something designed – and it could be virtually for anything: web designs, logos, banner ads, even for stuff like shirts and apparel – 99designs is the best choice to pick.

What’s the Big Deal about Class C IP Addresses?

What’s the Big Deal about Class C IP Addresses?

If you are involved in the world of search engine optimization (SEO) and use these techniques to promote your product, service, or site online, you have probably been hearing a lot of talk about Class C IP addresses and are wondering what they are, and if they can provide any utility to your marketing campaign strategies.

The reason for the use of Class C IP addresses is the growing importance of what a web search engine considers “quality” backlinks. Quality backlinks are links back to your site from places that are considered by search engines highly relevant to the keyword, product, or service that you yourself provide. The problem with this is that while it may be possible to find certain relevant sites that will agree to exchange links or simply host your link on their site, the more relevant and highly targeted sites are those of your competitors. And it often does not suit either you or your competitor to promote one another!

Webdesign Service: How to Get Started with Hosting

Webdesign Service: How to Get Started with Hosting

You should already have a few customers to start hosting their websites and feel that you will be able to add more as time goes on. A server manager described to me some of the information that server management companies typically need to set up websites on a server. Although a server can be set up without any websites, I would recommend that someone starting to host websites should have two to four websites ready to put on a server. That way, they aren’t starting with an empty server but are already close to, or above their breakeven point where they will start making money.

Webdesign Service: Things to Consider in Hosting Websites

Starting up your webdesign business is no small feat. Once you’re all set up and you’ve had your first shot at success, the journey doesn’t stop there. You need to continue to work hard to get more clients and to get yourself heard. There are also things that need maintenance and a lot more things you need to check up on regularly. One of those things is the status of your server in hosting websites.

Webdesign Service: Being A Webhosting Company Affiliate

By serving as an affiliate, I increased my value to my clients and made some extra income as well. The key to the term “value” is the value you add, not simply being an affiliate. If you aren’t able to add any value for your clients, you will have trouble convincing them to subscribe to the hosting company you are offering them.
